A domain swap replaces one domain inside an existing order without losing the order. IDs look like swp_01HZX. To change mailbox personas without changing the domain, use Rename inbox senders instead.

Statuses

Subscribe to swap.* webhooks or poll GET /swaps/{id}.
A second swap on a seat that already has one in flight is rejected with 400 invalid_request. If a duplicate is detected later during processing, that swap surfaces as failed.

Premium rules

  • Microsoft domains only. Use standard for Google.
  • Rolling 30-day allowance: floor(active Microsoft licenses × tier%).
  • Tiers: Base 0% / Premium 10% / VIP 20% / VIP+ 30%.
  • Partner API accounts are VIP+ (30%).
  • Cooldown is 30 days per seat (order / Microsoft subscription slot), not per domain name.
  • Premium replacement domains must already have been bought through Peeker.
Use a standard swap for imported domains or names Peeker should buy.

Sender renames

POST /swaps/user_names keeps the domain and regenerates mailbox identities from new personas. Only first_name and last_name are required. See Rename inbox senders.
