Import domains

Imports up to 25 customer-owned root domains and waits for the result. Returns nameservers the customer may need to set before ordering. For larger batches, use POST /domains/import/jobs. Repeating the same normalized domain set reuses its current non-failed import job, regardless of order, case, or whether the original used the async endpoint. A replay may return in_progress; poll GET /domains/import/jobs/{id} until terminal. If the current job is failed, fix the reported cause and submit again to create a new attempt. The old job remains readable by its original ID. For action_required, submit only the failed domains.
